During this #LAACappuccinoTalks session “Lean Driven Innovation and Gemba Walks at Goodyear”, Norbert Majerus former Lean Champion at Goodyear, Jean Claude Kihn, former Goodyear’s President of Europe, Middle East & Africa and Dany Assaker Operations and Lean Processes at Goodyear, shared their lessons learned implementing different lean practices to accelerate the development of new products at Goodyear. They also spoke about the benefits of empowering and engaging employees with Gemba Walks.
