Unfortunately it is also one of the most neglected subjects in lean publications. What makes it so hard to answer this question is the large diversity: different products/services, different industries, cultures etc. False starts are to blame for most unsuccessful and abandons transformations. Seasoned implementers are able to see the commonalities of the problems and challenges and in this case are willing to share them in a workshop.
